一、說教材

3.1 情境引入法: 為了使學生能在課堂中全身心進入教學情境,我在授課開始,先用多媒體向學生展示一系列加拿大的冬日圖片,使學生在感觀上感受到冬天,并由感觀引起大腦對冬的的回憶,這時,加入一些對應的新單詞,讓學生將單詞和冬天的情景結合起來識記。
3.2 游戲教學法;用于課前熱身和單詞鞏固,激發學生英語學習興趣。

7 教學效果預測
七年級上冊英語教學計劃1一、指導思想:堅持“教書育人,為人師表”的教育宗旨,關心每一位學生的發展,愛崗敬業,以身作則.使學生了解英語在當今社會的重要性,增強學生世界觀和人生觀,使學生初步形成健全合格的中的學生,做一個對社會有用的人。
二、學生情況分析:
我所教的本屆七年級新生基礎很差,由于在小學英語課并未受到足夠的重視,學生在寫的技能方面基本上沒有得到過訓練,連音標沒講過,甚至有一半的學生26個字母的拼讀都沒有掌握好。經過上學期我和學生的不懈努力,他們的基礎知識得到了加強,學習態度也有所好轉。部分學生有了主動學習的動力,但是整體的惰性還是很強,我要積極主動的幫助他們重新建立學習興趣。
另外,學生在學習策略方面還存在很多需要進一步體會掌握的地方。很多學生不能明確學習英語的目的,沒有真正認識到學習英語的目的在于交流;有些同學在學習中缺乏小組合作意識,不愿和其他學生交流,不能共同完成學習任務;大多數同學不能做好課前預習和課后復習,學習沒有計劃性,完全在老師的指揮棒之下學習,沒能力做到總結語言規律和知識的鞏固、積累。這些都是我和學生要長期作戰艱苦努力才能解決的問題。我會慢慢給學生們信心去完成這些任務的,急是沒有用的。讓學生們樂于接受我的教學指導,并找到自成體系的辦法才是解決問題的關鍵。

本冊書主要介紹了日常生活的交際用語以及一些西方國家的文化背景和風俗習慣,教材通俗易懂,旨在使七年級學生基本能用英語進行簡單的交流。本冊書由兩部分組成,即預備篇(3個單元)和正式篇(9個單元)。本書除提供語言材料外,還配有大量插圖和原聲錄音磁帶。
四、教學目標:
通過努力,力求每一位學生能開口講英語,能用英語進行簡單的會話。通過努力使大部分學生繼續保持學英語的興趣。能保持濃厚的學習英語興趣和積極主動參與實踐,以點帶面,力爭達學校教學質量的要求。

七年級上冊英語教學計劃2一 學生情況分析(學生62人,其中男生:36人,女生:26 人)
1.學習水平不均
有的學生對小學英語比較重視,學得很好;但有的學生或學校不重視,學得很不好,還有幾個甚至完全沒有學過。有的學生筆試不錯,但語音、語調、書寫都有待加強。因此,整個班級的英語水平很不平衡,給日常教學帶來諸多的不便,提高了難度。
2.學習習慣不好
學生剛剛從小學進入初中,處于一個銜接的階段,學習任務加重,學習的習慣不是很好,沒有形成一定的適合自己的方法,都有待改善。

新目標任務型教學的特色理念:《新目標英語》是以任務為基礎的語言教學,在教材的設計上,遵循了自然言語、情境真實性、語言形式為交流功能、層層深入階梯型發展語言能力、在做中學等最新教學原則和理念,注重引導學生體會文化差異,培養學生自主學習能力,完全符合教育部的《義務教育階段英語課程標準》的要求。本教材的教學理念:“知識用于行動”,強調“語言應用”,培養“創新、實踐能力”,發展“學習策略”。
人教社《新目標英語》教材的幾大特色:A.圖文并茂。一幅副充滿情趣,幽默生動的畫面,令你眼睛一亮。它不僅版面設計充滿新意,而且在內容和結構方面更富有創意更具時代感,更有現代氣息,更加貼近學生的生活。學生一拿到課本后都愛不釋手,迫不及待地翻閱。B.實用性強。每個單元的選材都來源于學生的學習和生活。緊緊地與學生的年齡特征、認知結構、生活經驗聯系在一起。如第一冊的十四個話題:認識新朋友、教室里的物品、家庭成員、食品、購物、電影、參加社團、生活習慣、學習科目、國家與語言。第二冊的十二個話題:鄰居、動物、足球、職業、周末活動、音樂、人物性格與外貌、天氣、節日、度假與休閑、流行文化、規章制度與日常生活。由于這些都是學生熟悉的話題,生活中經常碰到的事情,所以學生容易接受,學習熱情自然也高。使教學活動由“要我學”轉變為“我要學”。C.注重交際。針對中國學生學英語普遍存在的“聾啞病”,教材設計了大量的聽說讀寫材料。每個單元都有語言活動,且內容不同,形式多樣,學生對這些活動充滿興趣,所以大家都能情緒高昂地參加pairwork, group work,games等活動。學生們充滿了自信,開心地練習說英語,教室里常常充滿了歡歌笑語。同學們都喜歡上英語課,他們能為學以致用而感到興奮,同時也體驗到了學習語言的快樂。D.詞匯量大。第一冊有詞匯700個左右,第二冊約450個,第三冊約450個,第四冊約400個,第五冊約500個,合計2500個。這一點正好達到《英語課程標準》5級的要求。大大豐富了學生的詞匯量,讓學生能更好地表達自己的所思所想。同時也要求學生必須采取有效的記憶單詞的方法,就會事半功倍,否則難以適應教材的要求。這時學生特別需要教師的指導.。
《新目標英語》的教材設計原則
a.言語、情境真實性原則 (The authenticity principle)
任務的設計要提供給學習者明確、真實的語言信息。語言情境、語言形式等要符合交際的功能和規律。使學習者在一種自然、真實或模擬真實的情境中體會語言、掌握語言的應用。
b.形式-功能性原則 (The form-function principle)
任務的設計注重語言形式和語言功能的結合。形式-功能性原則,旨在使學習者掌握語言形式的同時,培養其自我把握語言功能的能力;每一階段任務的設計都具有一定的導入性,學生在學習語言形式的基礎上,通過系列任務的訓練,能夠自己進行推理和演繹,從而理解語言的功能,并在交際中進行真實運用。
c.階梯型任務原則 (The task dependency principle)
學習單元中任務的設計由簡到繁,由易到難,層層深入,并形成由初級任務到高級任務并由高級任務涵蓋初級任務的循環。在語言技能方面,遵循先聽、讀,后說、寫的設計順序,使教學階梯式地層層遞進。
d.在做中學原則 (Learning by doing)
自始至終引導學生通過完成具體的任務活動來學習語言,讓學生為了特定的學習目的去實施特定的語言行動,通過完成特定的交際任務來獲得和積累相應的學習經驗。

七年級上冊英語教學計劃3一、指導思想
雖然大部分學生在小學已接觸過英語,但學生以前不大重視英語,造成英語兩極分化嚴重,且學習積極性低。所以,現階段最重要的是激發學生學習英語的興趣和積極性,幫助他們增強信心,克服困難。除了從思想上給予引導之外,在教學上,有針對性、目的性、有系統、有計劃地上好課。因此制定教學計劃如下:

本套初一教材共分12個單元,每單元分sectiona和sectionb以及selfcheck三部分。
sectiona:1a呈現本單元的重點單詞,語法結構與功能;1b呈現任務型聽力練習;1c結對練對話;2a,2b是多種聽力練習;2c呈現不同的任務。grammarfocus呈現語法功能重點;3a-4b提供多種課堂活動。sectionb:1a此會擴展;1b新舊知識綜合運用,同時在原有基礎上有所擴展;2a,2b為聽力練習;3a-3c提供各類練習形式,隨著所學內容的加深,逐步擴展成閱讀和寫作練習。4a為創造性活用所學知識提供各類課堂活動。selfcheck:使學生對自己的英語水平有明確的認識。自我評價,包括詞匯知識的評價,語言應用能力的評價和幽默。
三、教學措施
初一年級是英語學習的基礎階段,也是養成好習慣的關鍵時期。基礎打不好、習慣不良,直接影響學生整個初中階段,乃至高中、大學的英語學習。所以做好初一英語的教學工作至關重要。對此我制定以下措施:
1、每天背誦課文中的對話。
目的:要求學生背誦并默寫,培養語感。
2、每天記5個生詞,2個常用句子或習語。
實施:利用“互測及教師抽查”及時檢查,保證效果并堅持下去。
3、認真貫徹晨讀制度:規定晨讀內容,加強監督,保證晨讀效果。
4、堅持檢測等形成性評價制度:對英語學習實行量化制度,每月給學生檢驗自己努力成果的機會,讓進步的同學體會到成就感,讓落后的同學找出差距,感受壓力。
由此在班里形成濃厚的學習氛圍,培養學生健康向上的人格和競爭意識。
5、對后進生進行專門輔導,布置單獨的作業,讓他們在小進步、小轉變中體味學習的快樂,樹立學習的自信,盡快成長起來。
6、關注學生的情感,營造寬松、民主、和諧的教學氛圍。

七年級上冊英語教學計劃4一、指導思想
認真學習新課程教學大綱和全冊教材。明確教學任務和教材體系,把握重點單元和章節,在此基礎上制訂全學期授課計劃。掌握教材的教育因素和知識點,根據教材和學生的實際,確定重點難點,明確德育滲透,雙基訓練、智能培養等各項教學目標,精心設計教學程序,選定教學方法。端正教育思想,全面貫徹教育方針,努力探索教學規律,遵循教學原則,積極推進素質教育.
二、教學目標
在新課程理論的指導下,我將以學校教育處和英語教研組工作計劃為指導,積極聽課,加強課堂教學,高效地完成本學期英語教學目標。并積極參加教科研活動,加強理論學習,努力使自身的教學水平、業務能力有更大的提高。同時,通過傳授與學生生活密切聯系的英語知識,訓練英語的聽說能力,培養學生學習英語的興趣和運用英語的能力,最終使學生從“學會英語”向“會用英語”發展。
三、學情分析
本學期我擔任七年級(5)、(6)班的英語教學工作,七(5)班共有學生57人,男生33個,女生24個。七(6)班有學生57人,男生32個,女生25個。在這些學生中,兩個班均是男生人數大于女生,學生英語基礎知識和聽說能力水平不一,大部分學生雖然在小學接觸過英語,但應用能力十分薄弱,特別是聽力題,大部分學生聽起來都很吃力。面對學生掌握英語的程度不一,我將采用高效課堂模式,分層教學與整體教學相結合的方式完成教學任務,努力提高他們的英語水平。另外,兩班學生在情感態度、學習策略和文化意識方面還存在諸多需要進一步解決的問題。例如:個別學生不明確學習英語的目的;有些同學對學好英語缺乏自信,不敢用英語表達;缺乏小組合作意識;一些學生沒養成良好的學習習慣,不能做好課前預習課后復習,學習沒有計劃性和策略性;不善于發現和總結語言規律,不注意知識的鞏固和積累。所以,現階段最重要的是激發學生學習英語的興趣和積極性,幫助他們增強信心,克服困難。除了從思想上給予引導之外,更重要的是在教學上,有針對性、目的性、有系統、有計劃地上好課。
四、教材分析
本書共12個單元,其中包括3個預備單元和9個正式單元。本書在之前教材的基礎上有所變動,對Self-check部分刪除,新增加了音標部分,另外對教材重新進行了整合。每個單元都列出明確的語言目標、主要的功能項目和語法結構、需要掌握的基本詞匯,并分為A和B兩部分。A部分是基本的語言內容,B部分是知識的擴展和綜合的語言運用。
五、教學重點和難點
本書教學的重點和難點在于根據學生已有的知識結構和認知規律導入新的教學內容;運用每單元的知識點在課堂上組織學生進行結對和小組練習;組織學生在課堂上運用英語完成各類任務及對學生完成任務的情況作出評價等。
六、具體工作
其一,我必須認真細致的鉆研課程,一步步切實做到“研”課。首先,我必須認真貫徹學校布置的提前一周備課任務,結合學校配備的《初中同步英語鼎尖教案》《英語新目標教師教學用書》及《新課程英語成長資源》等教輔材料,把握課程的重難點,在教材上認真圈點勾畫,初步思考設計教學步驟與環節,預設學生在學習過程中可能出現的問題與困惑,自我實現初步備課;其次,我會利用每周一次的組內教研活動與課下的閑暇時間,與大家主動交流探討新課的教授方法,對于有疑問的知識點主動提問求教,及時化解疑難;另外,值得一提的是,在每節課前,我都會再次修改導學案,在初次備課的基礎上,根據學生最近期的學習水平,仔細斟酌教學環節的設計,尤其是各個環節時間的分配。最后一步,也是不容忽視的一步就是在每次課下,我會在第一時間反思本節課的教學效果,總結成敗的原因,并及時記錄。
其二,我要積極聽課、評課。我要抱著虛心學習的態度,積極地參加聽課,在聽課過程中對照自我,獲得提升。通過師徒結對,多向我的師傅王琳老師請教,同時加強不同年級英語教師間的相互聽課,向新老教師學習,以取長補短,提高教師的教學水平。聽課時作好詳實筆記,并在課后交換意見,以相互學習,共同進步。
其三,做好課后輔導工作,七年級學生愛動、好玩,缺乏自控能力,常在學習上不能按時完成作業,有的學生抄襲作業,針對這種問題,就要抓好學生的思想教育,并使這一工作慣徹到對學生的學習指導中去,還要做好對學生學習的輔導和幫助工作,尤其在后進生的轉化上,對后進生努力做到從友善開始。做好優生的輔導工作,并對后進生及時做好扶差工作,以提高合格率。盡量地去了解學生的心理特征。另外,有相當一部分學生很膽小,在學習不愿意開口。針對這種情況,要盡量去了解每一個學生,摸準他們的心理脾氣,在教學中尊重他們,關心體貼他們,及時鼓勵他們。對那些雙差生,應滿懷熱情地關心愛護他們,決不嫌棄、歧視,而是不厭其煩地說理教育。從贊美著手,所以,和差生交談時,對他的處境、想法表示深刻的理解和尊重。在學習中盡量降低對他們的要求,盡力鼓勵他們,盡量地捕捉他們的閃光點,從思想上點燃他們進取的火花。
另外,作為一名教齡不長的年輕老師,我必須不斷給自己充電,充實自我。積極進讀教學專著,并寫心得體會。 能夠抓住機會積極參加教學評優活動,多落實課改方案。同時作為英語教師堅持養成聽英語新聞,看英語節目,閱讀英語報紙和雜志的習慣,以不斷提高自己的英語水平,適應新時期對英語教師的要求。
總之,有了目標、有了計劃,我相信成功的彼岸將不會離我們太遙遠。我將一直懷揣“有效教學”的先進理念,矢志不渝地與我校所有優秀的老師為伍,緊追“有效教學”的步伐,在實踐中思考,在思考中尋求進步,力爭實現自我更大地提升!

四.學生情況分析及對策:
在本學期中,我擔任七年級(17)、(19)兩個班的英語教學工作,雖然大部分學生在小學已接觸過英語,他們已經認識了部分字母和單詞,掌握了英語學習的一些基本方法,但多數同學只是會說部分單詞和句子。尖子生少,學習困難生多,部分學生沒有明確的學習目的,缺少學習的熱情和主動性,自覺性較差,相應的學習習慣也差。學生學習英語的新鮮感已經喪失,學習英語有為難情緒。針對種種情況,在本期的英語教學中,一方面應加強基礎知識的講解和基本技能的訓練,讓學生掌握詞匯、語法、句型等基礎知識和聽、說、讀、寫等基本技能,為進一步學習英語打下堅實的基礎;另一方面,又要采取多種措施,注意培養學生對英語的興趣;讓學生掌握記憶語音、單詞、閱讀和寫作等英語學習技巧,培養良好的學習習慣和自主探索,合作探究能力。充分調動學生的學習積極性和主動性。教學上采取任務型教學,運用靈活多變的方法,實現學生語言運用能力的
遷移和拓展。尊重理解學生,與學生一起分享學習中的苦與樂。使每一位學生都能在學習中取得很大成績,有所進步。
